TURNING AREA

PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT SPECIAL PERMISSION

• Stopping with the purposes of unloading and loading to numbers 1 – 27 is only permitted for vehicles taller than 2 meters. Turn off headlights and motor.
• Vehicles taller than 2 meters, with business to numbers 29 – 125 must pass through the automatic gate at the end of the road.
• All vehicles less than 2 meters tall are directed to the basement car parking which has 15 minutes free parking and marked spaces for unloading and loading.
• See the separate signpost at the turning area for enforcement of the parking restrictions.

The turning area is under surveillance by Q-park. Kindly see the separate signpost.

• A parking permission to the turning area can be given by the residents in number
  1 – 27 applicable for e.g. a craftsperson’s van and moving vans taller than 2 meters.
• Vehicles with business to number 29 – 125 can NOT be given a parking permission for the turning area. They must, if they are taller than 2 meters, pass through the automatic gate at the end of the road. If they are lower than 2 meters, they must park in the basement car parking area.
• Machinery and materials for use in number 1 – 27 can be unloaded in the turning area – if they are intended for immediate use. Long-term storage of machinery and materials is not allowed in the turning area.
• Machinery and materials for use in numbers 29 – 125 must be unloaded at the point of use. Unloading is NOT permitted in this turning area.

The turning area is located directly in front of residential apartments, which are disturbed by the traffic and other activities in the turning area. The purpose of the set of rules laid out for the use of the turning area is to reduce the disturbances to a necessary minimum.

We therefore ask guests using the turning area to comply with the set of rules laid out for the use of the turning area, thus respecting the affected residents.
